"Works fine most of the time"
This works well overall. The scan usually goes through without any issue, but getting in can be a little slow sometimes and that part gets a bit annoying.

"Almost too easy to find a wash nearby"
EverWash has spots close to both my house and my work, so it’s a little suspicious how easy they’ve made it for me to stop in whenever my car starts looking rough. I can swing by without really planning ahead, which I appreciate. No issues so far, and it’s been convenient.

The car came out clean enough overall, but there were still a few spots left that I had to deal with myself. What was frustrating is it felt like the expectation kept changing, one minute it sounded like those areas would be handled, then suddenly they were considered extra or not part of the wash. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as thorough as I hoped.

I got the monthly plan because I wash my car about twice a week, it’s definitely saving me money. Easy choice for me and I haven’t had any complaints so far.

Overall it was fine, but canceling was a bit annoying. I had to reach out to support instead of just doing it myself, and it took a couple of days before everything was finally canceled

"Billing Was Mostly Fine"
Overall, the billing process was straightforward and accurate most months. I did have one invoice that didn’t look quite right, and it took a little longer than I’d hoped to get it sorted out. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit annoying at the time.

"Support got back to me really fast"
I had a small issue with my EverWash account and wasn’t sure if it was just me or if other people had run into the same thing.
I reached out to support, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. They explained it in a simple way and fixed it without making me go through a bunch of back and forth.
I always look to see if other people mention good support before trusting an app or service, so I figured I’d share. It was just nice to get a real response quickly. No complaints from me
